Effective September 1, 2025, all workplaces in the province of Nova Scotia will be required to establish and implement a policy to prevent harassment in the workplace.

Define prohibited conduct, e.g. bullying, comments about race or religion, physical or verbal harassment “harassment” = engaging in a course of vexatious conduct that is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome
